  • Sessions range from $20–$200, depending on length, services, and insurance. Please see my booking site for a more detailed menu of my services and offerings. A new window will open when you click the booking site link.

  • Some needling techniques are barely felt, while others can produce strong sensations like aching or pressure.  Most treatments result in a sense of relaxation, and many patients report feeling “like they’ve come home to themselves”. If you have a specific condition you're looking to treat or any concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.

  • Initial visits generally last 90 minutes. Your acupuncturist will take a detailed health history, perform a physical exam, and provide you with your unique treatment plan.

    During your first exam, your acupuncturist will spend time getting to know you and your health concerns. You may be asked a wide range of questions about your symptoms, eating, exercise, sleep habits, emotional states and anything that may offer insight into your health.

    Your practitioner will also employ diagnostic tools that are unique to acupuncture and classical Chinese medicine, such as tongue and pulse diagnosis.
